The American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) will be offering a day of educational programming on
farriery as part of its Annual Convention. Additional topics including an in-depth session on Laminitis for the
practitioner, foot lameness and imaging will provide two days of quality continuing education for Farriers. The
convention will take place in San Diego, Calif., Dec 6-10, 2008, and Farriers will be able to register for
the convention at regular AAEP member rates. Your registration will allow you to participate in the other sessions
being offered as well as attend the AAEP Trade Show, which will be the largest to date, with over 600 booths.
The complete registration, housing and travel information will be available at www.aaep.org in late August. For
more information, contact the AAEP at (800) 443-0177.
